The Fort Gratiot Lighthouse

It wouldn’t be a coastline without a lighthouse. Port Huron offers access to climb, tour and enjoy the beauty of Michigan’s oldest lighthouse, located just north of the Blue Water Bridge along Lake Huron.

  • Weather permitting, the Fort Gratiot Light Station is one of the few operating lighthouses that allow visitors to climb the tower and step out onto the catwalk for a breathtaking view.
